Welcome and thanks for visiting my site. My name is Ellen Valeriano and I have been working with clay for 25+ years.  From the first moment I placed my hands on the clay, I was instantly drawn to the tactile qualities and the endless possibilities if offered. My career has taken me from wholesale shows to retail and for the last 9 years, my little "red" Clay Cottage. I love to teach all ages and the studio is well equipped with 5 electric wheels, a Brent slab roller, and countless tools to help you achieve what you want to create. I encourage my students to think outside of the box and help them along their path of finding their way with clay. I'm extremely passionate about my work and I strive every day to learn something new about this wonderful art form. While I love to hand build and continue to do so, I am throwing on the wheel more often and I am loving it!   I invite you to call or stop by and see the fun and exciting things happening here.  I hope to see you at the shop!
